- A documented manufacturing defect
- The received product differs from the agreed specifications
- Product damage during shipping
- Return Conditions
- The product must be in its original condition, not used beyond normal inspection
- Original packaging must be retained where possible
- Photos illustrating the reason for the return must be provided when contacting our team
- Customer service must be contacted first before returning any product
- Custom Chairs Chairs designed according to the customer's personal specifications are not eligible for return except in the case of a documented manufacturing defect, due to the nature of custom production.
Return Process- Contact our team via the contact page or WhatsApp
- Send your order details and photos illustrating the issue
- Our team will contact you within 48 hours to review your request and arrange collection
- After receiving and inspecting the product, the return is processed within 7 business days
- Refund If a return request is approved, the full amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
Important Note Returns are not accepted in cases of buyer's remorse or change of mind after product use. We encourage you to make your selection carefully before completing your order — our team is always available to assist you before purchase.
